We are ready to support your project.
- Email requests for quotes to info@fabricimages.com. Let us know youāre a member looking for TIPS pricing.
- We issue a quote with discounted, pre-approved pricing, and include our contract number.
- Once the order is approved, weāll start production and send lead time.
- Once shipped, weāll email your invoice.
Fabric Images Dealers
Processing orders through TIPS is easy and efficient.
Step 1: Confirm youāre listed as an authorized reseller
Before quoting a project, confirm youāre listed as an authorized reseller under the Orbus/Fabric Images vendor profile on the TIPS-USA website. Only authorized resellers can process orders under this contract. Connect with our team to become a dealer.
Step 2: Provide a complete TIPS quote to the member
When working with a TIPS member, your quote must include the following:
- The TIPS Contract Number
- The Awarded Vendor name (Fabric Images)
- Your Reseller name
- Pricing in accordance with the awarded contract
This ensures the quote meets all TIPS documentation requirements.
Step 3: Guide the member on submitting their PO
TIPS members should submit their PO with their TIPS compliant quote, combined into one PDF document, to tipspo@tips-usa.com for processing. The TIPS members might be familiar with this process, but it is always a good idea to remind them to ensure efficiency. If the member has not submitted the PO and quote to TIPS, the dealer can also do this to ensure a timely process.
Step 4: TIPS-USA will verify the PO
The TIPS-USA team will review and approve the PO, then forward it to the vendor (Fabric Images). We will then notify the dealer that the PO was approved.
